What is the purpose of the Agent Service?
Answer/Solution:
Agent is a Windows Service which controls Scheduling, CRM tools and bounce removal. You do not need the Agent to send out emails, but it limits the program's capabilities for the scheduling, CRM tools and bounce removal.
