Question/Problem: I haven't logged in to my account for a while - what happened to my account?
Answer/Solution: Chances are very good that your account has been deactivated due to non-payment.
Although Q5 Media reserves the right to discontinue your service at any time due to non-payment, we will do our best to notify you immediately that payments have not been received (i.e., declined credit card) on our regular billing date.
In the event that your account becomes late/overdue, please respond to correspondence from our Billing department as soon as possible and follow instructions to provide new information, or to make any necessary arrangements to settle your account. It's also a good idea to "whitelist" or "add to safe sender list" the email address of our billing department, "billing@q5media.com" to ensure that all emails will reach you.
You may cancel your account at any time, and your data will be purged immediately. Should your account become late/overdue and Q5 Media deactivates it, we will hold your data for an additional two months following deactivation. At that time, if your account has yet to be settled, we will delete your account and all data contained within.
