Question/Problem:
Will I be charged if I do not send out any messages within a billing period?

Answer/Solution:
Your Hosted account continues to function and store your data even though you do may not send emails during a particular billing period. It manages unsubscribers, as well as continue to track opens/bounces/clicks. Also, if you utilize the sign-up form on your Web Site, Arrow will continue to collect and store new subscriber info.
