Question/Problem:
How do I prevent email from going into a recipient's SPAM or bulk folder?

Answer/Solution:
Some email providers (AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) filter messages based on content, subject, or even the FROM or REPLY-TO address and may put your email into the recipient's SPAM or bulk mail folder. We would encourage you to have your contacts add your FROM and REPLY-TO addresses to their Safe/Approved Sender lists (or "whitelists").

(Arrow Hosted users may contact Q5 Media for the specific SMTP host for your account if necessary)
