Question/Problem:
Do I have to have my PC on to run a scheduled newsletter ie..midnight. We always power down when we leave the office.
Answer/Solution:
Your workstation does not need to be running in order for the application to send a scheduled newsletter. However, if your workstation hosts the Agent Service, it MUST be left running in order to send a scheduled newsletter. Hosted customers do not need to worry about the Agent Service, as it is run on the Q5 Media Web Server.
