Question/Problem: Can I host the Agent Service locally?
Answer/Solution: Although not recommended, it is possible to run the Agent Service locally. Be sure to fill out all of the proper fields in Arrow Agent, test and start the service, and be sure the service is always running. Without the Agent service running, Scheduling, Bounce Removal, and CRM tools will not function properly.
